I hate to be the person who leaves a review like this because I actually really like this office and the doctor I see but unfortunately, I have to. This place does not answer their phone sometimes and it’s almost impossible to reach someone without going in person. I walked in there and called them while standing there and not one phone rang. There were a few computer stations, only 2 people sitting there, 1 on the phone and 1 checking someone in but my question is, why was the phone not ringing??? It’s very frustrating especially when you’re waiting for things like a prescription being sent to the wrong pharmacy after confirming the pharmacy with them twice. They need to do better with answering their phones as not all patients live in the area and can stop in anytime.

It’s in a great location, right off the expressway, which makes it convenient if you’re coming from out of town. I’ve been going here for about 20 years. It’s a safe area with plenty of parking, and there’s always a steady flow of people coming and going. The bathrooms are also very clean.

Dr. Bangash is a very caring doctor. My 90 year old Mom also sees her. I trust her and she makes me feel comfortable. I feel I get quality time for my visits. The office is clean and staff is friendly.

I wish I could give a zero for the star but the one star will be for the clean office. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bangesh’s for a few years now. I shouldve just found another doctor from the start because I was treated poorly in the beginning because she thought I just wanted pain meds until she seen how much pain I really was in. I agree with another review, you will just be treated like a statistic here. Find someone who really cares, I know I will now. This was the last straw for me! Im laid up with gallbladder pain and I cant even get a non controlled substance called in for me without going in the office or doing telehealth! Nobody feels like that when they’re in pain! I just left the ER at the same hospital she practices out of so its on file! Now I have to find another doctor and build that whole relationship up again! Test and Everything! What A Inconvenience! They Dont Care!!

I am so glad that I found this place, everyone was very warm and welcoming from the front staff. Fatemah on the front desk was super helpful & Lauren is absolutely amazing, she is very thorough and knows just what she’s doing, she’s been so good in listening to me and making me feel comfortable and actually is doing a great job, she’s one of the best doctors I’ve had in a long time. Angel is also super cool as well as the staff on the lab side. You guys are awesome keep up the good work! They have accommodated me in ways no other could. I will definitely make this my primary care.
